Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive maintenance and upkeep of facilities, including buildings, technical systems, and external grounds. Key responsibilities include ensuring building safety, cleanliness, and order, alongside controlling and operating technical installations. The Technical Employee will execute minor repairs, perform routine maintenance, and oversee external trade workers in close collaboration with facility management. The position also requires managing winter services (snow removal and gritting), carrying out internal transport tasks like moving furniture, and occasionally performing gate duty, including access control. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical competency and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of the premises and support internal events, making it ideal for a proactive individual experienced in facility operations.
