Job Summary

This role involves joining the Specialist Planning Team, focusing on the independent planning and management of complex safety and fire alarm systems within diverse properties, including universities, research centers, and historic buildings. Day-to-day tasks include autonomously designing fire alarm, intrusion detection, voice alarm, and video surveillance systems, developing comprehensive technical safety concepts, preparing implementation documentation and specifications (Leistungsverzeichnisse), and potentially leading projects or overseeing construction (Site Supervision). The ideal candidate holds a degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diplom) in Electrical Engineering or Communications/Information Technology, or possesses substantial professional engineering experience, ideally within safety technology. Knowledge of German regulatory frameworks like HOAI and VOB is a significant advantage.
