Day-to-day responsibilities include the commissioning of application-specific hardware, encompassing the adjustment and parameterization of sensors, actuators, and control loops. A critical focus will be on error analysis, troubleshooting, and optimizing the processes of 240 robots to enhance quality, availability, and cycle time through application software and PLC program adjustments. The role also involves conducting process safety checks, post-processing PLC programs, and training manufacturing and maintenance teams on PLC systems. Candidates must possess vocational training or a degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, coupled with several years of relevant experience and specific knowledge of SIMATIC STEP7 controllers. Required Skills

Education
