Education

Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant or Office Communication/Management Clerk combined with several years of experience in IT process support; OR Specialist in IT Systems Integration; OR Specialist in Digital Administration; OR IT Systems Electronics Technician; OR Clerk for Digitalization Management; OR Clerk for IT Systems Management.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT process support (if not a Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker, or Kauffrau/-mann for Digitalization/IT-System Management)
  • Experience in implementing E-Government initiatives (desirable)
  • Experience with IT specialized procedures or application system support (desirable)
