Job Summary

The EMC/EMI Test Engineer will be responsible for the preparation and independent execution of EMC tests on spacecraft equipment, adhering to standards like MIL-STD 461 and ECSS. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing test results, compiling comprehensive test reports, and actively collaborating with other departments to identify and resolve electromagnetic compatibility issues. A key part of the job involves developing solutions for EMC improvement and continuously advancing test facilities and concepts in line with current technology standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Technology, or Physics, possesses fundamental knowledge of high-frequency/electrical testing and measurement technology, and is proficient in both German and English.
