Job Summary

This role seeks a Technical Project Manager to take the lead in complex development projects centered around Loitering Munition systems, including the critical "LIBELLE" project. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the planning, control, and technical leadership of system component development, software modules, and integrated munition solutions. The manager will be responsible for technical conception, ensuring quality and interface requirements are met throughout the entire development cycle, and coordinating internal teams, external subcontractors, and technology partners (covering drone/core vehicle and sensorics/electronics). The role also involves supporting the sales team by responding to technical customer inquiries and preparing proposals related to Loitering Munition components. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Aerospace and possesses relevant experience in technical project coordination or systems engineering, preferably within the defense sector. Success requires strong communication skills and fluency in both German (B2+) and English, along with a willingness to travel to procurement authorities and partners.
