This role seeks a Data Scientist specializing in financial modeling and operational schemes within the rapidly evolving German energy sector, focusing heavily on the energy transition (Energiewende). Day-to-day responsibilities include the development and rigorous calculation of operator models for modern energy assets like PV, storage, and heating solutions. The professional will conduct crucial profitability analyses, ROI calculations, and create comprehensive business cases and contractual frameworks (Contracting, PPAs, leasing). A core part of the job involves developing after-sales strategies, advising clients on complex federal and EU funding programs, and integrating subsidies into project calculations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Data Sciences, coupled with proven experience in energy economics, contracting, and managing after-sales processes.
