Job Summary

This role as a Cell Culture Laboratory Technician involves driving innovation in the pharmaceutical and life science sectors by focusing on the development and characterization of new high-performance cell lines and associated media. Day-to-day duties include the independent planning, execution, and evaluation of complex experiments utilizing various systems such as transfection, fermentation, and bioreactors. A core responsibility is the analytical characterization of processes, media, and raw materials, alongside the creation of essential documentation like process descriptions and evaluation templates. Candidates must possess a completed technical qualification (such as a Pharmaceutical Technician or BTA) and ideally bring experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, coupled with a willingness to work shifts.
