This role seeks an ambitious Research Associate specializing in Optics to drive the development of high-precision optics processing techniques, specifically for EUV applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking ownership of work packages, independently managing development projects, and ensuring rigorous documentation and reporting of project progress to leadership. The position requires close collaboration with internal and external expert teams, including national and international institutes, and supporting the introduction of new processing methods into production. Key qualifications include a technical or scientific degree (preferably a PhD) and professional experience developing complex systems and processes. Candidates must possess strong communication, team-working, and analytical skills, along with fluency in both German and English, making this an ideal role for an expert looking to advance technology in a dynamic, project-diverse environment.
