Job Summary

This EHS/HSE Manager role involves taking responsibility for implementing legal requirements and corporate EHS guidelines within an industrial production site. The core mission is to develop and foster a proactive safety culture, working closely with the EHS team. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert support for risk assessments, conducting accident analyses, and ensuring the safe operation of facilities requiring permits. The manager acts as a key consultant, advising leadership and employees on all environmental, health, and safety matters, and is responsible for delivering necessary training and instructions. Success requires a degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering, or equivalent technical qualifications (Technician/Master Craftsman in Metal or Chemistry), combined with professional EHS experience, ideally in manufacturing.
