Job Summary
This role focuses on driving process development within complex technology projects for innovative clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical leadership of a research and development project team, generating cross-competency technical solutions, and defining measures to achieve project goals. Key day-to-day tasks include creating and updating detailed timeline, cost, and capacity plans for development tasks, reporting on development status, and conducting regular development reviews. The position requires a technical or natural science degree, preferably in Physics or Material Sciences, and strong communication and teamwork abilities. While experience in developing optical systems is beneficial, the ability to technically coordinate and lead teams is highly valued. Successful technical or natural science degree in Physics, Materials Sciences, or a comparable qualification
