Job Summary

This role requires a technically-minded professional to drive complex technology projects, focusing heavily on process development and providing technical leadership to a dedicated Research and Development (R&D) team. Key daily activities include defining technical solutions across various competencies, setting goals, and meticulously creating and updating schedules, cost estimates, and capacity plans for all development tasks. You will also be responsible for reporting on development status and conducting formal development reviews. Candidates must hold a technical or scientific degree, ideally in Physics or Materials Science, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills. While experience in optical systems development is beneficial, knowledge in technical team coordination is highly valued.
