Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration or Application Development) and foundational knowledge in programming (C++, C#, Java), Microsoft technologies (.NET, VBA), or mobile development (Android, iOS, HTML5, JavaScript). Alternatively, expertise in operating systems (Windows/Linux), network technology, IT security (firewalls, encryption), and support is valued.
