Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional focused on providing high-quality 1st Level Support, ensuring seamless technology operations for both headquarters and remote locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, analyzing, and processing user inquiries, as well as logging, classifying, and escalating incoming fault reports using a ticketing system. A key part of the job involves managing the Microsoft Active Directory and performing software installations and troubleshooting on end-user devices. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, possesses initial experience in IT support and helpdesk environments, and ideally has experience with the Office 365 ecosystem.
