This role seeks an ambitious IT Operations Manager passionate about innovation and technology to drive the future of IT solutions. The core focus involves identifying, specifying, and implementing requirements for IT Service Management (ITSM) and coordinating complex projects within Managed Services. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with external service providers and suppliers, implementing measures to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring meticulous documentation and technical follow-up. Success in this position requires a strong background in IT project management, proven professional and leadership experience in the IT sector, and essential certification in ITIL Foundation (V3 or higher), demonstrating a solid technical understanding of IT infrastructures.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, IT Specialist qualification, or comparable qualification. ITIL Foundation (V3 or higher) certification.
