Job Summary

This role requires an ambitious Project Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering to lead and steer complex technical development projects, ensuring successful outcomes regarding time, cost, and quality. Daily activities involve creating detailed project plans, organizing and conducting milestone meetings, and performing feasibility analyses to evaluate new technical concepts. The manager is responsible for coordinating prototype construction and ensuring the final product achieves series maturity. A key focus is supporting the series launch in manufacturing and maintaining close coordination with all involved technical departments. The ideal candidate must possess a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and have proven experience in leading technical development projects, ideally within an industrial setting. Success requires a structured approach, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
