Job Summary
This role seeks an ambitious IT professional, either experienced or entry-level, to act as the central point of contact for all incoming service requests and incident reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualified First Level Support for software and hardware issues via phone and email, acting as the critical communication interface between end-users and specialized support teams. You will be responsible for prioritizing, classifying, and meticulously documenting all disturbances within a ticketing system, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in IT (such as an IT Specialist), solid expertise in current Microsoft products and standard hardware, and proven experience in Service Desk environments.
