Day-to-day responsibilities include operating and commissioning HV components on advanced test benches, optimizing the testing infrastructure by expanding and maintaining Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) systems, and conducting comprehensive Electronic Control Unit (ECU) tests. The engineer will be responsible for programming and implementing detailed test cases and sequences to simulate real-world driving conditions, followed by thorough data evaluation, detailed documentation, and effective fault management. Key requirements include a degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Electrical, Vehicle Technology) and proven professional experience in HiL testing, coupled with proficiency in specialized tools like Matlab/Simulink and dSpace.
