Job Summary
This role is an excellent opportunity to launch or advance an IT career, focusing on providing essential Service Desk support for a renowned company in Tittmoning. The specialist will handle First Level Support duties, including managing, processing, and resolving inquiries and disruptions via phone, email, and monitoring systems. Key responsibilities involve efficient Incident Management, ticket system usage, and documenting solutions in the knowledge base. Additionally, the role includes Second Level tasks such as installing standard and specialized software and managing user accounts. Candidates must possess a completed IT education, strong proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and MS Office, and practical knowledge of common hardware and software. Fluency in both German and English is required, making this a pivotal position for service-oriented IT professionals.
