Job Summary

This role involves connecting people and technology by serving as a Service Technician specializing in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and mounting of radio relay systems and digital or analog radio systems, alongside the installation and maintenance of general electrical systems. The technician will provide essential technical service and customer support for both site and client installations, meticulously documenting all maintenance procedures and advising customers on technical matters. Key qualifications include a completed technical apprenticeship, preferably with further training as a Technician in fields like Electronics for Devices and Systems or IT/Information Systems, coupled with initial experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication networks, IP, and radio network installations. The position requires strong analytical skills for troubleshooting, a customer-oriented approach, and proficiency in both German and English.
