A crucial part of the role is ensuring the implementation of technical customer specifications and relevant standards, adhering to current technology standards. To excel, you must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Railway Vehicle Technology, Mechatronics, or a comparable field, coupled with several years of professional experience in the rail transport sector and in a leadership capacity. Fluency in German and good English skills are required, along with flexibility for business travel to support project management.
