Job Summary

This role involves leading complex digital transformation projects within the internal services and consulting division of the FERCHAU group in Gummersbach. The Digital Project Manager will collaborate closely with IT platforms and various departments, ensuring project execution adheres to structured, agile methodologies. Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting project-based analyses, concepts, and decision templates for management, documenting and adjusting processes, and managing change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a MINT (STEM) or Business Administration degree, at least three years of relevant professional experience, and strong knowledge of agile project management frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
