Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a scientist or engineer to join an interdisciplinary project team focused on developing cutting-edge technologies for in-vitro diagnostics, from initial concept through to market-ready product. The role involves acting as a central technical coordinator, bridging the gap between engineering, software development, and scientific disciplines. Key responsibilities include hands-on work with prototypes and serial devices, developing efficient test procedures, and managing technical challenges across areas like mechanics, optics, electronics, and liquid handling. The successful candidate will leverage their strong scientific and technical understanding, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English to facilitate customer workshops, prepare project milestones, and ensure optimal biochemical performance during product improvement and serial release.
