Job Summary

This crucial role involves leading and supporting a work group within the Assembly and Packaging department, focusing specifically on the individual guidance and development of people with intellectual disabilities. Daily responsibilities include the planning and preparation of work orders, developing efficient organizational workflows within the team, and maintaining accurate EDP-supported documentation of participation measures. The Group Leader is also expected to provide essential care and assistance during the workday. The successful candidate must possess a positive attitude toward working with people with disabilities, high motivation, strong IT skills, and physical and psychological resilience. Required qualifications include a completed vocational training, ideally as an Electrician or an equivalent technical field.
