Job Summary

This role involves performing essential electrical and mechanical maintenance and servicing on complex machinery and industrial plants in Apolda. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently troubleshooting and resolving faults in electrical and mechanical systems, focusing on minimizing downtime through preventative measures. Key tasks include working with control and regulation technology, reading technical drawings and circuit diagrams, and managing spare parts inventory. Applicants must possess a relevant qualification in electronics or mechatronics, advanced experience with Siemens controllers (ideally SIMATEC ET 200SP), and familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems. This position offers an opportunity to work on continuous improvement projects and serve as a technical contact for external service providers, potentially involving shift work, within a stable, permanent contract environment.
