Job Summary

This role involves acting as a subject matter expert in Real-Time Communication and VoIP within one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers, focusing on the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. The expert will be crucial in integrating and optimizing the organization's telephony and real-time communication platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading agile projects for new function introductions, technical advancements, and migration initiatives. A significant part of the job involves IT Service Management, specifically analyzing, resolving, and sustainably addressing incidents and changes, as well as providing technical consultation on new requirements and architectural decisions. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with at least six years of professional experience, and deep knowledge of VoIP, SIP-based solutions, Unified Communications, and Contact Center technologies. The position requires a structured, solution-oriented approach and the willingness to take on responsibility, including participation in on-call duty.
