Job Summary

This role involves coordinating and guiding technical analysis and root cause investigations for complaints, specifically focusing on mechatronic products. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for deriving and initiating immediate and corrective actions, utilizing data analysis to identify process and product specific improvements. A key part of the job is monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of these measures, handling and coordinating high-impact insurance cases resulting from complaints, and documenting all findings in technical reports. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, and possesses initial professional experience in development, quality assurance, or service of mechatronic products, along with experience in problem-solving processes and risk-based decision-making.
