Job Summary

This role requires an experienced and dedicated Team Lead to strategically develop and operationally secure the organization's critical network infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and developing the IT team, overseeing task planning, and ensuring seamless 24/7 operation of LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks, prioritizing network security. A core function involves implementing and optimizing ITIL processes to guarantee high service quality, managing projects within the domain, and coordinating external service providers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or Communications Technology, possesses over three years of relevant professional experience, and has deep knowledge of network design, architecture, security, and modern networking technologies (Routing, Switching, Firewalling, VPN). Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science or Communications Technology. Certified Network Professional (CNP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is advantageous.

Experience

  • Operational experience with modern WLAN/LAN/WAN technologies, Routing, Switching, Firewalling, and PAM/VPN
  • Experience in a hospital environment and KRITIS (Critical Infrastructure) environments (desirable)
