Job Summary

This role involves taking overall responsibility for the IT operations across more than 30 locations for a growing social services organization with over 450 employees. The Head of IT will ensure operational security and strategically develop the entire IT landscape. Day-to-day tasks include managing and advancing network infrastructure, endpoints, telephony, and Cloud Services, specifically handling user and authorization management within Microsoft 365. A key focus is on establishing and improving support and operational processes, managing IT security, backup strategies, and emergency concepts. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in IT operations or management, combining broad technical understanding with strong structural thinking and process expertise, and will lead the internal IT team while coordinating external service providers and managing licenses and procurement.
