Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to drive fast-paced AI breakthrough projects, focusing on productionizing Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) into Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that generate significant business value. Day-to-day responsibilities include building robust data pipelines, running ML workflows, developing and deploying web services on cloud environments (preferably Azure), and supporting integration with diverse client systems, ranging from large NGOs to the public sector. The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of professional experience in scalable software development, hands-on expertise in deploying and monitoring ML models in production, and proficiency with frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. A strong foundation in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms is essential, alongside the ability to communicate with clients in German at a B1 level or higher, making this an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to a fast-growing, impact-driven start-up in Berlin.
