In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing polycondensation reactions to produce novel polyester-based polymers on a kilogram scale. Key daily tasks include setting up, cleaning, converting, and performing preventive maintenance on polycondensation reactors and associated equipment like strand pelletizers, thermostats, and vacuum pumps. You will also meticulously document, structure, and analyze polymerization data to derive actionable optimization proposals. The ideal candidate holds a chemical-technical qualification or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, possesses at least two years of industrial experience, and has fundamental knowledge of organic polymer chemistry and practical polycondensation experience.
