This role seeks a dedicated Electrical Testing Team Leader based in Rostock to ensure electrical safety and quality for customers through meticulous on-site inspections. You will lead a small team of 2 to 5 testers, coordinating their deployment and serving as the primary contact for customers regarding testing procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting electrical checks on portable equipment, digitally recording defects and hazards (such as insulation values and protective conductor resistances) using diagnostic software, and generating automated measurement protocols and error reports. Success in this role requires a completed electrical technical qualification, a meticulous approach to work, and excellent customer interaction skills.
