Job Summary

This role involves the independent qualification and training of apprentices, retraining participants, and skilled professionals within the field of electrical engineering. The instructor is responsible for conducting comprehensive theoretical and practical teaching units, managing individual company training sessions, and actively contributing to the development and enhancement of educational programs in collaboration with product and department managers. The ideal candidate must possess a solid vocational background in electrical engineering, electronics, industrial electrics, or mechatronics, ideally complemented by a Master Craftsman or State-Certified Technician qualification. Success requires excellent pedagogical and didactic skills, strong organizational abilities, assertiveness, and a proactive, customer-oriented approach. Required Skills

Education

Vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, industrial electrics, or mechatronics. Ideally, further training as an Industrial or Master Craftsman, or State-Certified Technician.
