Job Summary
This role involves leading the Human Resources team for the Regionalverband FrankfurtRheinMain, a public body responsible for regional development. The successful candidate will be instrumental in steering, conceptualizing, and accurately implementing all HR management processes. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating payroll, advising on labor and collective bargaining law, and managing individual and general HR cases. A key responsibility is the administration of the P&I; LOGA software, including master data maintenance and monthly salary payments, ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration or certified Public Administration Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/in) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in human resources within public administration
- Thorough and comprehensive expertise in collective bargaining law (TVöD), tax, labor, and social security law
- Good knowledge of civil service law is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of the P&I; LOGA payroll program
- Good knowledge of municipal occupational pension schemes (ZVK matters)
