Job Summary
This role involves providing essential field services for printing and copying systems as part of a dynamic and established service provider specializing in print solutions since 1995. The Service Technician will be responsible for the on-site maintenance, repair, and installation of multifunctional printing and copying systems using a dedicated service vehicle. Key daily activities include network integration of devices, providing customer instruction on operation, handling technical consultations remotely (via phone and TeamViewer), and managing repair orders within the ERP system. Candidates should possess vocational training in mechanics or mechatronics, strong technical aptitude, excellent PC skills, and fluency in German, complemented by basic English skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician (Automotive or other fields) or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in maintenance or mechatronics
- Professional experience in technical consulting and troubleshooting
- Experience in handling repair orders and material logistics
