Job Summary

This role involves contributing significantly to a modern pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Brehna (near Halle/Leipzig) by focusing on the development and validation of molecular and biological testing procedures. Key responsibilities include performing biological assays, preservative efficacy testing, microbial purity and sterility checks, bacterial endotoxin testing, ELISA/PCR, and cell culture-based assays. The technician will also support the team lead in creating and revising testing and validation documentation, and help ensure efficient laboratory organization. Candidates must have a completed technical assistant qualification (chemical-biological or medical laboratory focus) and in-depth prior knowledge in at least one of the specialized testing techniques mentioned.
