The ideal candidate holds a degree or certification as a Technician or Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering (e.g., Energy and Building Technology) and possesses practical experience in building services installation and commissioning. Strong organizational skills, accountability, and fluent German language proficiency are essential for success in this demanding leadership position.
