Job Summary

This role involves specialized assembly and testing within micro-electronics manufacturing, focusing specifically on Chip on Board (COB) technology. The specialist will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and testing COB production orders according to manufacturing plans, including assembling COB circuits based on drawings and parts lists. A key daily task is the creation of precise gold wire connections (25 µm) using a Wirebonder. Candidates must possess a strong interest in electronics, excellent fine motor skills, and an educational background in electronics or mechanics. The position requires self-reliant documentation, material compilation, tool selection, and proactive troubleshooting.
