Job Summary

This role involves organizing and optimizing the production flow for an international company specializing in personal care and cosmetic products. The Production Planner is responsible for creating and managing production schedules, planning and coordinating production orders, and analyzing related data. A key focus is risk mitigation to prevent bottlenecks and the continuous optimization and improvement of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate possesses a commercial or technical vocational background, such as a Machine and System Operator, or further training as a Machine Technician, coupled with solid experience in industrial production planning, preferably within the chemical, cosmetics, or food industries. This position offers the opportunity to establish oneself permanently within a reliable, quality-focused team, working in a structured three-shift system.
