Job Summary

This role involves leading and supervising electrical engineering construction sites, ensuring projects adhere to VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures), specifications, and requirements documents. The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating and controlling all electrical installations and technical work, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. A key aspect of the role is leading and organizing the site team, coordinating subcontractors, and managing site documentation, reporting, and change requests (Nachtragsmanagement). Candidates must possess a completed education in Electrical Engineering, several years of experience in site management for electrical projects, strong leadership skills, and expertise in VOB and relevant industry standards.
