FRAKO, a global leader in power quality and energy efficiency solutions, is seeking a dedicated Technical Hotline Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for their customers. This role involves providing essential technical support via phone, email, and other channels, focusing on diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to the installation, configuration, and use of their energy management (EM) products. The representative will be responsible for creating detailed fault analyses and solution documentation, conducting remote support sessions, and generating quotes for spare parts and maintenance services. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical education (e.g., Electronics Technician, Mechatronics) and strong communication skills in both German and English, acting as a crucial link between customers, sales, and internal service teams.

Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Electronics Technician for Operational Technology, Energy and Building Technology, Electrical Fitter, Power Electronics Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, or Mechatronics)
Experience
- Professional experience in after-sales or service and maintenance (advantageous)
- Experience using the ABAS software program (desirable)
