Job Summary

This role involves supporting laboratory management in the development, validation, and transfer of physico-chemical analytical methods crucial for the quality control of Biologics. The Scientist will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating stability studies, including rigorous analytical data analysis. A core part of the job is ensuring method performance throughout the entire method life-cycle, utilizing a broad portfolio of analytical techniques such as SEC, CEX, CGE, icIEF, and Peptide Mapping, alongside classical pharmacopoeia methods. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in a natural science field (e.g., Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy) with relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly within Biologics. Strong proficiency in electrophoretic and chromatographic techniques, excellent IT skills (MS Office, ELN, LIMS), and fluency in both German and English are mandatory for structured documentation and work within a regulated GMP environment.

Experience

  • Relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the Biologics sector
  • Foundational knowledge in electrophoretic and/or chromatographic analytical techniques
  • Experience with classical pharmacopoeia methods
  • Experience in structured documentation within a regulated environment
