The ideal candidate holds a completed IT degree or apprenticeship and brings multiple years of relevant professional experience. Key technical requirements involve competence in MS SQL databases, administering cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and a solid understanding of IT processes, particularly ITIL. This permanent position seeks a highly organized professional with a confident demeanor and strong soft skills, especially empathy towards non-IT staff, to ensure smooth and compliant IT operations.
