The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of assigned construction measures, meticulously monitoring project budgets, and providing accurate monthly forecasts of expenditures based on construction progress. Key tasks also include collaborating with service providers to prepare technical and commercial measurements for billing, approving necessary materials, and coordinating their transport. Participation in internal and external project meetings is essential, as is availability for on-call duty.
