This role seeks an experienced Electrical Hardware Design Engineer to take a central role in developing and implementing complex electrotechnical solutions for intricate plants and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on design work such as creating layout plans, wiring diagrams, and comprehensive parts lists, alongside the construction and project planning of switchgear, primarily utilizing CAE tools like EPLAN P8. The engineer will also be responsible for the calculation and dimensioning of electrical and electronic components and managing Basic & Detail Engineering within Instrumentation, Control, and Regulation (I&C) technology. Furthermore, the role involves conceptualizing various automation processes and ensuring technical clarity through communication with suppliers, customers, and internal departments. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and proven professional experience in hardware planning and electrical design, coupled with knowledge of relevant industry standards.
