Job Summary

This role involves developing, creating, and maintaining technical training materials focused on High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) products, and subsequently planning and conducting both online and in-person technical training sessions for the service organization and internal employees. The specialist will provide international support, assisting the service organization in resolving technical issues with analytical instrumentation, and conducting tailored service trainings for local teams. A key hands-on component includes repairing and refurbishing returned instruments, reporting troubleshooting findings and potential quality issues to internal HPLC teams. Success requires a scientific or technical background, experience in HPLC or related analytical sciences, and advanced skills in adult training and project management. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills in both German and English, who is willing to travel up to 25%.
