Job Summary
Join a leading renewable energy company dedicated to developing and operating onshore wind and solar parks globally. This Project Developer role, based in Würzburg, Germany, is highly field-oriented and involves taking full project responsibility from the initial concept through to preparing the approval process. Day-to-day tasks include proactively acquiring and developing land for wind energy projects, negotiating with landowners, and persuading public officials and political representatives at municipal and planning authorities. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree or equivalent qualification, strong negotiation skills, confidence in public interactions, and excellent German proficiency. A Class B driving license is essential due to the high amount of fieldwork required.
