Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Project Developer specializing in onshore wind energy, focusing heavily on field work and project initiation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept generation through to preparing the permitting application process. Key activities include acquiring and developing land in consultation with specialist departments, negotiating with landowners, and persuading municipal officials and planning authorities. This position requires strong negotiation skills, a confident demeanor, and the ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships. Candidates must have relevant experience in wind energy project development, excellent German language skills, and be comfortable spending significant time outside the office 'in the field' across the Regensburg and Würzburg locations, contributing directly to the energy transition.
