Job Summary

This role requires an experienced IT professional to serve as the Head of IT for Durferrit GmbH in Mannheim, a global market leader in surface engineering. The primary responsibility is ensuring a stable and regulated IT infrastructure, encompassing SAP systems, networking, and telecommunications. Key duties include leading a small IT team (3 employees), managing the IT budget, negotiating contracts with external service providers for hardware, software, and licenses, and ensuring compliance with corporate IT security and digitalization strategies. Candidates must possess a degree in Informatics or a related field, coupled with several years of relevant experience in an IT environment, specifically with ERP systems (SAP) or networking.
