Job Summary
This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional seeking to provide comprehensive technical support within a large, family-owned group specializing in paper, packaging, and recycling. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the central point of contact via the enterprise-wide ServiceDesk, handling the administration, maintenance, and operational support for all IT hardware (PC, mobile devices) and software, including Microsoft Operating Systems and MS Office 365. Day-to-day tasks also involve participating actively in various IT projects, ensuring accurate documentation, and conducting user training sessions. Key requirements include a completed vocational qualification as an IT Specialist, strong analytical skills, and foundational knowledge of networking. This position offers the stability of a medium-sized family enterprise, attractive compensation, and the opportunity to contribute directly to IT security and operational efficiency, requiring excellent German and good English skills, along with a willingness to participate in IT on-call duty and occasional travel.
